Because Harrow is quick and convenient for commuting to
central London, there are loads of places set up for house
sharing, which is always going to be the cheapest option.
If you have something more private in mind, that shouldn't
be a problem either.
In general, you'll find area such as Kenton and South Harrow
a bit cheaper. Northern Harrow (except wealdstone) is a
bit pricier with a more limited variety of housing types.
Stanmore and central Harrow tend to have the greatest variety
of types of housing. Central Harrow tends to be a bit pricier,
but not as expensive as some of Stanmore, Pinner and Hatch
end, but only because the properties are newer.
Throughout the borough there is generally a mixture of
prices and qualities. As always, digging around is the best
way to find a good deal. Loot is always a good source to
help you do this.
